Refund Policy
MyGraceSong creates custom digital songs based on the story, details, and preferences you provide. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at support@mygracesong.com within 10 days after payment and we will review your request.
10-Day Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after payment. After that period, orders are generally final because the service is custom and digital in nature.
Custom Digital Work
Because each song is personalized, we may first offer to revise, re-deliver, or otherwise resolve the issue. If we are unable to deliver substantially as described due to an error on our part, we may, at our option, re-deliver the digital product or issue a refund.
Rush Delivery And Add-Ons
Rush or priority delivery fees and other upgrades are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate due to an error on our part.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank, and may take 5-10 business days to appear. Payment processor fees, third-party production costs, or fulfillment costs may be non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Billing Questions
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@mygracesong.com so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution, and we reserve the right to dispute abusive or fraudulent chargebacks.
